Okāsan Flower Garden
Part of the Okāsan collection, this full-length hōmongi is crafted from structured ivory cotton with a subtle kikkō (diamond) weave, holding its shape beautifully. The inner silk lining adds softness, with red accents at the hem and cuffs for a subtle, celebratory touch.
Hand-painted yūzen florals — chrysanthemums, peonies, plum blossoms, and scattered buds — trail asymmetrically in coral, turquoise, green, and gold, symbolizing prosperity and elegance.
Likely from the mid-Shōwa era (1950s–1970s), this kimono carries a sense of history, grace, and enduring beauty.
Condition: Excellent vintage — minimal signs of age.
Length: Full length — dramatic and elegant; designed as a statement piece.
A kimono of crisp texture and seasonal charm — elegant, structured, and quietly festive.
